A clean, crisp lager base, cold fermented allowing the abundance of Mosaic, Cascade & Simcoe hops to shine. This beer has all of the characteristics that we love from a lager beer with the incredible hoppiness of an IPA.
Fun Fact: This beer's name was inspired by the Foo Fighter song "Cold Day in the Sun" as a tribute to the band's drummer, Taylor Hawkins, who passed away in 2022. The name really hits home if you've ever spent a winter or spring day at the hot springs in the Colorado sun. It's cold & glorious.
