BONE BROTH KIT:

Kit includes:
2-3 lbs grass fed beef bones
Carrots, celery, onions, garlic
Apple Cider Vinegar (The acidity helps pull out minerals from the bones)
Bay Leaves, salt

Preperation:

Stove Top
Place everything into stock pot,
Top up with water (about 1 gallon)
Bring to a simmer, lid, and cook overnight

InstaPot or slow cooker
Place all ingredients into pot and top up to maximum line
Turn to slow cook for 12 hours

Pressure Cooker:
Place all ingredients into pressure cooker
Fill to maximum line
Bring to pressure (15PSI) for 2 hours.

For all preperations above Strain liquid through sieve.

You can reserve the bones and make another batch!
