Eddyline Brewery, is excited for its 5th year as the headline sponsor for Fibark, the nation’s longest running white water festival.
“Fibark, or First in Boating on the Arkansas, is the largest event here in Chaffee County, and one of the largest white water festivals in the country, exclaims Marketing Director and Chaffee County native Sheila Bustamante, “We are proud to help sponsor this fantastic event and show off what our wonderful corner of the world has to offer.”
Eddyline will be pouring it’s award-winning local beer, all weekend long at Salida’s Riverside Park. Crank Yanker IPA, River Runners Pale Ale, Rasbperry Wheat, Kickin’ Back Amber, Jolly Roger Black Lager, and Grapefruit Yanker, will all be available in their signature 16oz cans for the festival.
“We are especially excited to be pouring our Grapefruit Crank Yanker again this year,’ say’s Bustamante. ‘It is a wonderful 7.2% ABV IPA brewed with Grapefruit and Mango for a wonderful citrus kick. We just released it statewide this month, and is the perfect beer to enjoy during this year’s Fibark.”
Eddyline will be featuring food pairings all summer long at their two Buena Vista locations at South Main, and at the Taproom off of Highway 24.
Pairings such as their new Buffalo Peaks Chicken Sandwich topped with blue cheese, pickled onions, and mustard micro-greens alongside their Grapefruit Crank Yanker make for one of the best dinning experiences in the valley.
“We are proud to show off what local beer and food can do, and can’t wait to see everyone up for the 69th annual Fibark this year. It should be a weekend full of great food, great beer, and as always awesome whitewater!” Says Bustamante.
