Hand-Picked Colorado Fresh Hops
Our Eddyline Brewery Crew took a short road trip to Paonia, Colorado last week to pick fresh hops for our next Brewers Project release, a Wet Hop Ale they are finishing up. The boys spent two days at the hop farm assisting with the hop picking process. A 1973 Wolf Picker is what they used to separate the 18-20 foot vines from the hops. They were then placed in a drying room and brought back to Eddyline Brewery.
